The District had asked the Explorer Unit to help out at this years Cub camp. This will held at Thriftwood Scout Camp in Brentwood over the weekend of 4th to 6th June 2008. Several Explorers turned out for the weekend to help run the climbing wall on the Saturday and they ran a donkey derby with a difference on the Sunday.

We managed to get all the Cub's and some leaders wishing to climb up and down the wall several times, everyone enjoyed themselves with some very positive feedback.

Without their help this would not have been possible. Myself, Brian, Rob Rose and the district would like to thank the Explorers who turned up for their time and efforts throughout the weekend.
