Network Scouting supports young adults aged 18 and 25 years old.
As Network members you will be responsible for planning and running your own programme with guidance of course from the Network Scout Leader (me). I will however be actively encouraging all members to plan and complete their Duke of Edinburgh Gold, Queen Scout Award and the Explorer Belt.
Subscriptions will cost £50 per year, this includes capitation and administration costs. This money can be paid in one lump sum or split into two parts, one in September and the other in January.
As a member of the Network Unit you will be required to fill out and send off a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) form, this is standard practise for all members of the movement 18 years and over. All leaders, assistants and even parents wanting to help need to go through this process.

Next Meeting
We will be meeting at the Rovsco Hall (Snaresbrook), on Tuesday 2nd Feb 2010 from 20:00. I would like to sit down and discuss with you all some of the following:
Camps, D of E, National Events, Local Activities, A Community Project, Becoming A Leader and a Day Trip for ourselves.
Please could I ask everyone to come along, even if you do not wish to continue in scouting so that I can get a feel for the current numbers and help you all plan the next 6 months.

New Members - 3rd January 2009
Some of the EFS Dionysus Unit members recently took a trip to London to be officialy invested into the movement. The Unit members decided that a trip along the top of Tower Bridge woulr be the idael place for such an important cermony.
Conrad, Chris, Laurence and Rauri were welcomed into the Unit by Karl, District Network Leader.
